Notice to CMHA Members – Proposed Bylaw Changes Prior to AGM

As we prepare for the upcoming Cumberland Minor Hockey Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 29, 2025, we would like to remind all CMHA members of the process for proposing changes to the Association’s Bylaws.

Any member wishing to submit proposed changes to the CMHA Bylaws must do so in writing no later than May 9, 2025 (20 days prior to the AGM).

Please ensure your submission clearly outlines the suggested change(s) along with a brief rationale for each. All properly submitted proposals will be reviewed and considered as part of the AGM agenda. Proposed changes to the CMHA Bylaws will be posted on the website on May 14, 2025.
