Call for applicants – Registrar
CMHA is seeking a Registrar for a two-season contract opportunity covering the 2026/27 and 2027/28 hockey seasons.
Start Date: June 1, 2026
The Registrar plays a key role in managing player, team, and volunteer registration while ensuring compliance with Hockey Canada, HEO, and CMHA requirements.
Key qualifications include:
- Experience with the Hockey Canada Registry
- Knowledge of training and certification requirements for bench staff
- Availability during peak registration and startup periods
Responsibilities include:
- Managing player and team registrations
- Creating and maintaining official rosters
- Processing transfers and affiliations
- Tracking volunteer certifications and training requirements
- Coordinating registration reports, refunds, and reimbursements
- Supporting compliance with Hockey Canada and HEO governing documents
Compensation will reflect the successful candidate’s experience.
