Please note the following update to the Terms of Office for Competitive Convenors:

Four positions will serve two-year terms, with elections held in even-numbered years. Three positions will also serve two-year terms, with elections held in odd-numbered years.

For the upcoming 2025–2026 AGM election, candidates must indicate whether they are running for an even-year or odd-year position. Candidates elected to even-year positions will serve a full two-year term. Candidates elected to odd-year positions will serve a one-year term for this cycle only, to align with the new staggered term structure.
