He places a strong emphasis on mental skills, confidence building, and resilience, recognizing the unique mental demands of the goaltending position. With firsthand experience as a competitive player, Ken understands the performance pressures athletes face and integrates mental skills development seamlessly into goaltender training.In his role with CMHA, Ken will oversee goaltender development across all levels, in both the recreational and competitive programs.
