Celebrating Excellence: 2024–2025 CMHA Award Recipients

Cumberland Minor Hockey is proud to recognize three outstanding players for their achievements! These awards celebrate dedication, leadership, fair play, and the true spirit of the game.
Michel Séguin Award
In memory of Michel “Mike” Séguin, this award recognizes a U18 Dukes player and a Jr. Grads U18 player who exemplify dedication, fair play, and sportsmanship, earning the respect of teammates, coaches, and opponents alike.
Parker Glover – Dukes U18 A1
Parker is a calm and composed leader whose elite goaltending and unwavering character make him the heart and soul of his team. He sets the tone with his dedication and sportsmanship, earning admiration both on and off the ice.
Future Plans: Business, Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa
Jeremy Gosselin – Jr. Grads U18 B
Jeremy is a quiet and humble teammate who shows incredible commitment to both hockey and education. He leads by example with his reliability, positivity, and supportive nature, embodying the true spirit of fair play.

Bradley Antoine Award
In loving memory of Bradley Antoine, this award is presented annually to a U15 Dukes “A” player who best exemplifies sportsmanship and teamwork.
Lucas Brisbois Plante – Dukes U15 A2
Lucas is the definition of a team player, known for his encouragement, positivity, and leadership. His commitment to volunteering, helping others, and bringing energy to every practice and game makes him a standout role model for all.
